Smartlipo Frequently Asked Questions

Who Is An Ideal Candidate for SmartLipo?

The ideal SmartLipo candidate has a body mass index (BMI) under 30. The treatment is perfect for unwanted fat that has been resistant to diet and exercise.

SmartLipo is effective for all areas of the body, especially the abdomen, love handles, thighs, back, arms, chin/neck/jowls and areas with sagging skin. Some patients have larger or multiple areas to address, which can be effective with SmartLipo. The procedure is not for everyone and is not a treatment for obesity.

What Can I Expect at the Consultation?

Dr. Andrew Kwak, founder of The Lumen Center, will provide a full consultation to discuss your goals and vision to achieve the best results possible, and create a customized treatment plan. You will receive detailed instructions on how to prepare for your procedure and what to expect during and after the treatment.

Where Is the Procedure Performed?
